  • Sessions are individual or as part of a group to suit you
  • You train as frequently as you want weekly or monthly, the choice is yours
  • You have integrated training varied exercise for greater productivity - often 30- 40 minutes 2 /3 times per week is all that you need to commit
  • You achieve all of the above and ensure that this is a safe way of reaching your goals, reducing the risk of injury
  • They are fully qualified and trained.
  • They improve flexibility, tone, stamina, posture and strength
