From your first session where you outline your goals, you'll soon begin to feel the difference of training with our Personal fitness instructors who will ensure that:- Sessions are individual or as part of a group to suit you
- You train as frequently as you want weekly or monthly, the choice is yours
- You have integrated training varied exercise for greater productivity - often 30- 40 minutes 2 /3 times per week is all that you need to commit
- You achieve all of the above and ensure that this is a safe way of reaching your goals, reducing the risk of injury
- They are fully qualified and trained.
