Training
At Gym Central our number one priorty is to look after our members, help them achieve their goals and to provide a safe and friendly environment for them to train in.On your induction you will be shown all of the equipment and thorough demonstration taught how to use it. Our instructors focus on technique while teaching you how to use the equipment so each exercise is taught safely and effectively.
During a pre-program consultation you will be able to talk about your likes and dislikes in the way of equipment and exercises and what you wish to achieve while at gym central so our instructors can write you a program suited to your individual needs that will effectively help you achieve your goals.
While exercising at gym central our instructors are always on hand to help give you advice and rewrite your programs when needed and teach you new exercises to keep your workouts fun and exciting. If you cannot afford a personal trainer but feel you need extra help with your workouts or you're lacking in motivation and need that extra push for a fee of £5.00, one of our qualified trainers will take you through your workout giving you that individual attention you would only get from a personal trainer.
